Our CrossFit Group Classes are where community, accountability, and results come together. Every new member starts with our On-Ramp program—a series of one-on-one personal training sessions designed to set you up for success in class. You'll learn essential skills like proper squat technique, push-ups, powerlifting foundations, and an introduction to Olympic lifts. Each On-Ramp session is 60 minutes and led by a certified CrossFit coach who will meet you where you are and help you build confidence from the ground up.
Once you've completed On-Ramp, you're ready to jump into our daily coach-led group classes. With several class times offered each day, it's easy to fit a workout into your schedule. Every session is thoughtfully programmed and guided by a coach who will help scale movements to your ability and challenge you when you’re ready for more.
