Coach Kyle: My name is Kyle Reel, and I am a 39-year-old personal trainer, devoted wife, and proud mom of three energetic sons. My passion for fitness has shaped not only my career but also my lifestyle, as I believe in the transformative power of physical activity and healthy living. As a fitness enthusiast, I constantly seek new ways to inspire others to embrace their health journeys, and I am super excited to be launching this specialized fitness class!
Coach Briley: Hi! My name is Briley Neikirk, and I am one of the coaches/personal trainers at CrossFit High Bar. I am a 20-year-old college student at UE, currently majoring in Exercise Science, and I plan to graduate in May. I am passionate about all things fitness, and I find it extremely rewarding to witness individuals transform their lives through proper nutrition and exercise. In addition to health and fitness, I love meeting new people, traveling, spending time with my amazing family, and serving at my church. I’m looking forward to beginning this program and getting to know all of you!
